Vaijayantee Kamat is the Founder of Effective Project Management Academy and a highly respected trainer, mentor, and coach in project management and leadership development. With over 30 years of professional experience in IT, project management, and enterprise transformation, she has guided hundreds of professionals in achieving globally recognized certifications.
Her training philosophy focuses on practical understanding rather than theoretical memorization. By combining real-world examples, PMI-aligned frameworks, and structured mentorship, she helps professionals build confidence and develop leadership capability that extends beyond certification success.
Currently completing a Doctorate in Business Administration with research focused on Explainable AI (XAI) for Board Directors at the intersection of AI governance and corporate oversight.
Vaijayantee is also the founder of vskamat.com, offering Fractional CAIO advisory and AI governance workshops for CXOs and board directors in Silicon Valley.
